TitanFix Ltd was established in 2015 in county L/Derry, Northern Ireland, (Company Number NI633796) Our trading address is 7 Cherry Drive, Foreglen Road, Dungiven, County L/Derry, BT47 4UT.

Your Status:

When you place an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally qualified to enter into a binding contract, that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept our Terms and Conditions as stated herein.

Payment:

Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch, MasterCard, PayPal and Transferwise are accepted as methods of payment.

Delivery:

When you place an order on our website the cost of delivery will be calculated automatically. Our objective is to keep all products in stock at our warehouse or at our suppliers for fast and efficient delivery, however, we cannot guarantee it. 

We always aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). In some cases, where stock is held at our suppliers, shipping can take an extra day. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email stating the courier used and tracking number.

The majority of deliveries are carried out by Hermes or by Royal Mail tracked service. When the goods are dispatched we will send you the Hermes/ Royal Mail tracking number. This will enable you to track the whereabouts of your delivery using the Hermes web site www.myhermes.co.uk or www.royalmail.com

Although we are responsible for supplying and sending the goods to your chosen delivery address, we can’t be held responsible for any failure on the part of the courier to complete the delivery to their agreed terms of service. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your items in the timeframe given however if not, with your permission, we will contact the courier on your behalf. In some cases, you may wish to contact the courier directly. If you are at any time unhappy with the level of service from the courier please refer to the chosen courier’s terms and conditions.

Stock availability:

We aim to keep all items advertised on this website in stock, or available, however on some occasions this is not the case. This can be a result of production difficulties, unexpected demand or various other reasons. If a product is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you to ask you if you would like us to supply a suitable alternative product. We won’t supply you with an alternative product unless we receive confirmation from you that you wish us to do so. If you decide not to purchase an alternative product, we will refund the full value of the product and delivery charges.

Risk and Title:

Any items purchased will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the items will only pass to you when we receive full payment of the products, including delivery charges.

Pricing:

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. The only possible additional charge above the price quoted for the item is a delivery charge.

The VAT component of your purchase is clearly specified on the invoice that is sent to you.

Despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be in some cases incorrectly priced. We will usually verify prices as part of our dispatch process so that, where a product’s correct price is less than the price advertised, we will charge that lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price advertised on our site, we will usually, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or cancel your order and notify that it has been cancelled. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after dispatch confirmation has been sent to you, if the pricing error is clear and distinct and could have reasonably been identified by you as mis-priced. Online prices do not always match store prices.

Guarantees & Warranties:

As part of our commitment to quality we provide 1 year’s guarantee on all Hand Tool products on this website provided that they have been used, at all times, in the correct manner. However in many cases, due to the exceptional quality of the products, the manufacturers will give much longer guarantees on their products.

For all Power Tools, we follow all manufacturer’s guidelines. If your tool obtains a fault, please contact us by sending a message with full details.

Cooling Off Period:

If you wish, you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days starting on the day after you receive the goods. To do this you will need to inform us by writing, specifying the order number of the order you wish to cancel. We may ask you to pay the cost of delivering the goods back to us, however, the whole of your money will be returned to you within 30 days once cancellation is complete.

Returns & Refunds : Items not required :

We at TitanFix aim to provide you with as much information as we can about each product so that you can make an informed decision on your purchase. However, we will allow you to return any item if it is not what you want within 30 days of receipt provided it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

All you need to do is contact us on 07596505113 or email us info@titanfix.co.uk and we will provide you with a Returns Form and explain our returns policy and discuss with you the simplest and most convenient way for you to set up your return. You should then return the item/s to us by the agreed method along with a completed goods returns form. Unfortunately we can’t accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.

Once we have received the item or items we will refund the full value provided they haven’t been used and are in their original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items:

In the event of an item being received damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied then all you need to do is follow the returns procedure detailed above. We will then arrange a collection of the item/s free of charge. If you have decided you do not want a refund, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.

When we have received the item/s we will then refund the full value of the order and any delivery charges within 30 days.

Import Duty:

If you place an order on our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the stated destination. You will be responsible for payment of these import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the country in which the delivery is destined. We will not be responsible for any breach by you of these laws.

Written communications:

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirements that such communications should be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

We may notify you at either the email or postal address you provide us with when placing an order, or in the ways specified in the previous paragraph under the heading ‘Written communications’. We will assume the notice is received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting a letter. To prove the service of any notice in the case of a letter, that said letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that said e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address.

Transfer of rights and obligations:

The contract between ourselves and our customers is binding and on our respective successors and assigns. You may not transfer or dispose of a contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without written consent from us. We may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations, at any time during the term of the contract.

Events beyond our control:

We will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied that is caused by any circumstance beyond our control (accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of telecommunications networks, inability to use transport networks, mechanical failures, acts of God, terrorist attack, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, acts or restraints of Government, and imposition or restrictions of imports or exports).

Changes:

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time to adapt to changes in market condition, changes in technology, changes in payment methods and changes in relevant laws.

Contract Information and Governing Law:

A Contract is formed between you and TitanFix only when you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched and you are notified of the order/dispatch number on our website and by e-mail.

Our liability for losses you receive as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
