SEMIN Universal Primer is for the preparation of permeable and impermeable substrates. 
Improves adhesion and regulates the porosity, limits bubbling and shading. 
Milky white liquid which becomes transparent when dry. 
To be applied Undiluted with a wide or narrow brush, roller or can also be mechanically sprayed (gun).
